  • The official National Work Zone Awareness Week poster.
  • Roadway Safety + CD (A Road Construction Industry Consortium Training Program) This includes an instructor manual, trainee booklets in English and Spanish and pamphlets in English and Spanish.
  • Know the Signs Poster - This poster was created to illustrate the various work zone safety signs that drivers will encounter.  It is designed to look like a WZ sign.
  • Know Flagging posterKnow the Blind Spots Posters - This poster was created to illustrate the various hazards created by construction vehicles.  It is also designed to look like a WZ sign.

ARTBA through the Transportation Development Foundation has low cost resources for use during National Work Zone Awareness week.

  • Work Zone Awareness Safety Ribbons - $15.00. 1 X 3 in. ribbons made from retroreflective
    orange tape. Each ribbon is $1, these are available at 15 ribbons per sheet. Proceeds from all
    sales go to the ARTBA Foundation to support scholarships for children of roadway construction
    workers killed on the job.
  • Work Zone Awareness Safety Wristbands - $2 per unit, and available with a minimum order of
    20 units. $40.00.
    Wear these orange wristbands to raise awareness of work zone safety and to
    visibly support our Scholarship fund. Proceeds from all sales go to the ARTBA Foundation to
    Flagger Up CDsupport scholarships for children of roadway construction workers killed on the job.
  • Flagger Up CD: Croft, writer of Flagger Up! is a highway construction worker who knows firsthand the importance of work zone safety. She wrote this song in hopes of catching the public's attention about this important issue. She'd like everyone in the country to be singing along to a safety message!

  • Flagging FundamentalsFlagging Fundamentals: This video provides the latest information to
    revitalize flagging training programs with information from the most recent federal and industry standards. By focusing on six steps to safe flagging operations, the video is an excellent tool to refresh flaggers who may need to sharpen their skills and remember the basics of flagging operations. Available in both English and Spanish on the same DVD, or in a downloadable format.
  • Avoiding Runovers and Backovers Training Downloadable VideoAvoiding Runovers and Backovers Training Downloadable Video: ARTBA is pleased to introduce its latest safety training product aimed at helping managers, operators and workers avoid struck-by fatalities and injuries. This program provides "common sense" tips and information about safe work procedures to reduce and eliminate the hazards which lead to death and injury
    for roadway construction workers.
