During this hour long session Speakers Hari Kalla, MUTCD Team Leader for FHWA’s Office of Operations and Janice Bradley, Technical Director of the International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA) gave crucial information for understanding this new standard that requires the use of high visibility clothing (as defined by the ANSI/ISEA 107 standard) when working in the right-of-way on federal-aid highways.
