This Manual is coordinated and prepared by the California Joint Utility Traffic Control Committee. It provides the basic standards for the safe movement of traffic upon highways or streets in accordance with Section 21400 of the California Vehicle Code and the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Street and Highways 2010 Edition.
