"Flagger Training
All flaggers must be trained prior to starting work in the field. Items to be included in the training program include:
1. Attire
2. Proper devices and use of devices and gestures
3. Positioning
4. Stopping distances as related to surface and environmental conditions
5. Public relations aspects of the job"
