Practice Provision: Flagger certification and training
Description:
From Connecticut Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads, Bridges and Incidental Construction:
"9.70 Trafficperson
Uniformed Flagger: Uniformed Flaggers shall be persons who have successfully completed flagger training by the ATSSA, National Safety Council or other programs approved by the Engineer. A copy of the Flagger’s training certificate shall be provided to the Engineer before the Flagger performs any work on the project."
