Abstract: On Friday, November 13th, the Transportation Construction Coalition will announce the results of "National Survey on Highway Construction Market Conditions", a nationwide survey of more than 500 highway and transit contractors regarding their perceptions on current and future construction market conditions including the impacts of the stimulus on hiring practices, planned heavy equipment and trucks purchases, and other spending patterns.
