Title: Indiana DOT Speeds up Interstate Upgrade Project with a 'Hyperfix'
Abstract: The Indiana Department of Transportation's unique approach to repairing two critical sections of downtown Indianapolis Interstate highways, known as "Hyperfix" was featured as a showcase project during the AASHTO Annual Meeting. Closing down the Interstates to accelerate repairs enabled the department to complete the project in record time, winning public support.
