Title: Tailgating in Work Zones - "Puts Everyone at Risk"
Abstract: Driving an automobile safely through a work zone is an important responsibility every motorist must take into consideration. Taking unnecessary risks such as tailgating could result in a tragic crash that may seriously injure or kill you or someone else. PENNDOT urges motorists to plan your travels by listening to and reading work zone news advisories and allowing for more time to reach your destination. Be aware that no time is gained by tailgating. PENNDOT offers a list of reasons why motorists should not tailgate.
