Title: Email Initiative to Ease Hauliers' Woes
Abstract: The Northern Ireland Roads Service recently launched an initiative allowing commercial and freight truck drivers to sign up for email alerts to keep them informed of progress on the M1 / Westlink upgrade project in Belfast. Subscribers to the service will receive regular automatic updates, direct by email, on road closures and the temporary traffic arrangements during construction. While the service was developed with commercial and freight truck drivers in mind, it is open to all drivers.
