Abstract: This document on traffic incident management guidelines for work zones was developed for the Colorado Department of Transportation and is available from the ITE Traffic Incident Management Committee website. The manuals provide a quick, in-the-field reference to response personnel to ensure effective, consistent response to incidents in that corridor. It also includes other states' current practices.
