The North Texas Tollway Authority has designed a truck that makes picking up barrels safer for workers, and saves about 30 minutes compared to former methods.  Interim Director of Maintenance, Eric Hemphill, said they tried several options before coming up with this truck that automates the picking up process and keeps workers off the road.
