A car crashed into contractors’ vehicle parked on the shoulder of I-64 near Illinois 159 last week, leaving one dead, and four injured.  One of the injured workers, Adam Evans, issued a statement in regards to the crash urging motorists to hang up the phone and pay attention in work zones.
