State Police Target Distracted Driving

Abstract: 

Illinois State Police will have extra patrols through the summer to target distracted driving and speeding around construction zones.   Speeding through work zones runs a $375 fine for first time offenders, and a $1000 fine plus a 90 day loss of driving privileges for repeat offenders.
