The Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) has launched a new online map application, Drive Texas™, which provides real time traffic conditions including construction, closures, accidents, as well as a live weather feed. The application is available at www.DriveTexas.org and a mobile version is also available. TXDOT hopes that this new feature will help travelers be better prepared and make travel as safe as possible.
