Description:
The posts consist of a 4-foot by 6-foot sign panel mounted on two 3-inch diameter fiberglass support posts spaced 38 inches center-to-center. The posts are inserted into 27-inch long steel support tubes for a distance of 12 inches and secured with self-tapping screws. The support tubes, flattened for approximately half their length, are been driven into NCHRP "strong" soil.
