Practice Provision: Measuring work zone performance
Description:
Colorado is in early implementation stages of the new Work Zone Safety & Mobility Rule, so the state has yet to develop work zone performance measures across the board. However, the state does have lane closure policies in place that govern all construction projects; no lane closure will be allowed during a time period that will cause delays in excess of 10 minutes.
