Description:
Arkansas specifications allow water-based paint for construction pavement markings, and that is the type usually used by contractors. Removable tape is primarily used on concrete surfaces. Arkansas has tested the high-retroreflective 3M tapes, but the tapes are not approved for use at this time. RPMs are used along with construction pavement markings in most cases.
