Practice Provision: Lane closures in rainy weather
Description:
Arizona does not have any policy requiring the opening of lanes solely because of rain. If the rain would affect the ability to perform a construction operation and/or quality of the item being constructed so that a construction operation should not occur, that might be the reason to remove a lane closure.
