Description:
The specifications required by the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) can be viewed in the Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials publication on the web site below under 104.23 Protection Vehicle (PV). In addition, SHA also provides guidance on when and where truck-mounted attenuators (TMA) shall be used along Maryland roadways. See highlighted portion in SHA's current special provision.
