Title: Mobile Video Training Module 1: Work Zone Safety: 1A: Rural Road Operations
Description: This course covers the proper traffic control devices, applications, flagging techniques for highway work zones where posted speeds are greater than 45 MPH. Legal liability and agency image are also discussed.
Audience: Highway and street maintenance supervisors, maintenance and utility crew leaders, highway construction inspectors and engineers are the primary targets. Safety directors or safety inspectors working with street and road departments and utilities may want to attend.
