Title: Construction Contract Claims Avoidance and Mitigation
Description: This one-day workshop provides information and instruction on practical day-to-day methods to assist the project engineer or inspector on avoiding claims whenever possible, and how to plan for and deal with any claims that may occur.
Audience: Engineers, project managers, technicians, and public works directors involved in construction, design, management, and implementation of public works construction and rehabilitation projects.
