Title: Kentucky Roads Scholar Program
Description: The Roads Scholar Program provides basic knowledge on maintaining local streets and roads. Course topics include but are not limited to personnel management, safety, and road surface management. The successful completion of the program leads to the Roads Scholar designation. An individual must complete nine courses: six required courses and three optional courses.
Price: $75 for city and county employees: $85 for all others.
