Training Details
Title: Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Refresher
Description: Advanced MOT requalification is required every 4 years. This refresher course is for personnel who have maintained current qualification by retesting from an approved provider. The Advanced Refresher training is a review of the changes to the Index 600 Series, the PPM, CPAM and any changes to MUTCD which affect traffic control in the work zone. It will also reinforce some of the principles and practices used in the work zone. Upon satisfactory completion of the training, your current qualification will be extended for four years from the date of this course. If you do not pass the test at the end of the training, you will be required to be retrained by taking the full 20-hour course.
Audience: Personnel who have maintained current qualification by retesting from an approved provider.
Price: $100 for public agency personnel; $175 for private agency personnel
