Title: Flagger and Work Zone Traffic Control Supervisor Training
Description: If you are interested in becoming a work zone traffic control supervisor, you must have four specific requirements. 1) You must have 2000 hours or 1 year of traffic control experience. 2) You must have documentation of traffic control experience which includes 2 letters of recommendation that verify your work and one must be from a previous or current supervisor. 3) Each person must attend a 2 and a half day course and pass the test at the end with at least an 80%. The course is designed to train the principles and practices of traffic control. 4) Finally you must possess a valid flagger certification card. After completing these steps, a TCS card will be issued.
