Description: This course meets the basic requirements of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). From this course, you will learn the importance of proper signing, the importance of flagger positioning, the importance of proper dress code, the proper use of flagger tools, signaling for stopping, slowing and releasing traffic, the hazards of night time flagging, and the importance of a temporary traffic control zone.
