Title: Roadside Design
Description: This online course covers the gamut of roadside design engineering and includes a variety of charts, graphics, personal stories, photos, and text. The course will teach you how to select the right roadside device for various design conditions, as well as proper roadside construction and maintenance techniques. Also covered are the basics of roadside design, the clear zone, economics, roadside barriers, end treatments, crash cushions, bridge rails, median barriers, and work zones. This is an online course, all materials will be accessed online.
