MDOT Suspends Road Work for Fourth of July Holiday Weekend

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is removing lane restrictions on most state routes this weekend to accommodate Fourth of July holiday traffic, and has provided a list of the 77 zones that will remain open or have some lane restrictions. MDOT officials want to remind drivers that in the closed construction zones there may still be obstructions so drivers need to pay attention and drive safely.
