This 3-day webinar is designed for experienced highway work zone personnel who seek training in work zone traffic control. NJDOT and other agencies require a contractor to assign a supervisory-level employee with requisite onsite experience to act as the Traffic Control Coordinator (TCC) on roadway construction projects. The program is also open to those who seek to increase their work zone safety and traffic control knowledge, but may not require the formal TCC designation that has prerequisite requirements. Participants who successfully complete this course will be eligible to serve as TCC and shall have the responsibility and authority to implement and maintain all traffic operations for the project. Those with prerequisites will receive a TCC wallet card upon successful completion of the course and exam.
